    Creamy White Macaroni And Cheese by Keni

    Extremely cheesy and very filling. I wanted the bread crumb type topping but didnt have bread crumbs, so I used a sleeve of Ritz crushed up and browned in butter. Nice recipe, Keni. Thanks for the recommendation.

    This recipe made a ton. There was a lot left over. Usually I eat 1/2 LB of pasta so I figured this would yield me 3, maybe 4 servings. 4 servings later there was still quite a bit left. So, tonight I stood looking in the fridge waiting for inspiration, and the kid in me made me slice up a couple of hot dogs, combine it with the rest and reheat. Ooohh, that was good, too. All it needed was a beer.........long neck, ice cold, I hope this doesnt insult your dish, Keni. I couldnt help myself. Oh, and as for when to add the pasta......I read and re-read the recipe. I just figured I got lost again and should know. Picture's worth a thousand words. Your pics looked like it was all mixed so thats what I did

    Here's another nit! Where is the pepper added?
    Used shell pasta to act as scoops for the sauce.
    The two "G" cheeses were smoked. Cheapest in the store.
    Mother says it's scrumptious.
    Portion set up well in the plate. No slumping with this thick sauce.
