This was so tasty!! A really delicious roast, probably the best one I've ever made myself, possibly the best I've ever had! Two big thumbs up from both the boys too! So easy to get together in the crock pot in the morning, which I love - I cut up an onion and laid the roast on top, but that was my only variation. This is a definite keeper! Not too much left over, but I bet it's going to make an awesome sandwich.
