    Croissant Paninis
Trying to use up some salami and smoked gouda around here although I did have to run out and buy croissants. Had a bag of arugula/spinach mix so I picked out the arugula. :-) These were really good, although my cheese didn't ooze out like the poster's picture. I didn't have shredded gouda though so maybe I didn't us a full ounce. Not certain. Still, happy it stayed in so I don't have to clean the George Foreman grill. Thought too late I should have tried this in my waffle iron. Maybe tomorrow. :-) Nice sandwich. Got my dairy, bread, meat and vegetable. haha
Loved it. I have more croissants and I may have one for lunch tomorrow. If I don't give in to my weakness for croissants.

Wow, that looks fantastic! Yeah, you should definitely be thankful it didn't ooze out, cleaning up burnt cheese is not fun! If you do make it in your waffle maker tomorrow post a pic. I wanna see it!

OK, ml2c. I waffled this for lunch today. I added a couple of pictures to the recipe for you. :-)
I guess my gouda slices must not be one ounce. You can't even see the cheese although I can taste it.
