    Recipe by busmamawilliams: Cultured Chicken/saved
    It's a tasty recipe. All comes out to spec.
    BI thighs were done to 175F at the 20 min simmer time. Did season the thighs first before any processing.
    There is a lot of simmer liquid left over.
    Plated over rice with a side of sweet potato.
    Didn't know there were different color lids to Adobo seasoning. Just happened to have the right color.

    Sauce is not soupy but not thick either. I'm still conjitating on what to do with the extra sauce.
