This is called "cultured" chicken because it's got both buttermilk & yogurt in it! It's really good served with boiled, peeled whole potatoes or with rice.

Yum! this sounds awesome, claudine! & it reminds me, I am going tho post my recipe for pork cooked in milk soon, which I LOVE to make because I get to curdle the milk with a lemon and no one can yell at me and it is SO good!
