  This is a wonderful dish. I used medium curry and the amount recommended and found for us the curry did not over power the recipe. Just a reminder please check the level of the curry you by. There are 3 levels mild, medium and hot. If it does not say so I think that it is mild. Will be making this dish again.

  Sorry all forgot about this yesterday LOL my bad. Anyways I used Italian sausages which I did do as the recipe required. You maybe right about the poster maybe using breakfast sausages but I have never boiled them think that they would be over cooked.
