Debs Squash Casserole

This is not a casserole. It is a soup. It is a well flavored soup. Added some crackers after it was served up in a bowl to help sop up the liquid.
I'm happy with the flavor so it got a 4-star rating.
To make this in a casserole, I don't think eggs would do it, reduce the amount of liquid or add crumbs.
Twenty minutes didn't seem like long enough to bake the squash in its raw condition so I sauteed the squash along with the onions and garlic until the liquid started drying up out of the saute. Then a half hour bake made for a golden brown crust.

Another one! And, yes, I have noticed that they are all pretty much the same. They all fatten up a vegetable. hehe

Wow you must have had a TON of garden squash! Wonder if you'll turn yellow :) My daughter actually turned a slight shade of orange when she was a baby cause she ate so much carrots and sweet potatoes baby food lol!
