I made Pleclare's
Dressed Up Cornish Hens
for dinner last night and they were excellent. Due to unforeseen circumstances I actually marinated these Hens for an entire day and a half. The marinade is lovely and once cooked the skin is crisp and the meat is juicy. Easy prep with a great finish! Thanks Pat! Great recipe!
