I made this for dinner tonight. I dont know what marsala wine is, but used a dry white. Only had time to marinade for about 1.5 hours and eat before 10pm. So to make up for it I basted several times during grilling. This came out really good. Thanks Dugger for a great recipe

Marsala wine is red, MrP, but the amount is so small I doubt it really makes any difference. I love cooking with honey and that looks like a great marinade. Great grill marks again. :)

Thanks guys. And ML2C, I would say that its a teeny plate that makes the breast look big, but it wasnt the plate. It was a HUGE one.
