Dumplings

    Dumplings For Stew **** Made a pot of beef stew and because my DH is not a big fan of potato I usually leave them out but because I like some carbs I wanted to make dumplings instead of having bread. These are perfect!! I did add a few shakes of dried parsley for some color and interest but only because. I dropped spoonfuls of batter on top of the hot stew, covered, turned off heat but left on burner, then left sit for about 20 minutes. "Ta-Da" ... beautiful, fluffy, yummy, dumplings. Thanks Bren! just like I remember my moms.
