Great squash dish! Not much else to say but that I used panko instead of the bread crumbs, didn't have them. Not gonna have that problem much more though...got my new food processor today in the mail...yay!!! Fresh bread crumbs..here I come!

It's a Cuisinart Elite 12 cup, and it's pink! My last FP made everyone jump out of their skin when I turned it on lol! This one runs so quiet...
