    Recipe by Midgelet: Easy Chicken Fingers/saved
    Made homemade Ranch Dressing And Seasoning Mix/saved. Fifteen minutes was not done. It took Twenty. Good taste. Moist and tender. Needed a little more salt.

    Yes. They were Parmesan sesame crackers. Only kind the store had. Quite hard little squares. And had barely enough to finish the coating.

    I've seen chicken fingers soaked in buttermilk or coated in mayonnaise but I like the sound of the dressing better.
    I've never heard of parmesan crackers either, my first thought was the same as Michelle, cheez-its! Lol ;) I suppose any cracker crumb would work if you added a little parm. perhaps?
