My boss's birthday was yesterday so I made these on Thursday night to take into work. These are very rich. I had two and was super full. My boss loved them and came to me at the end of the day and said he was going to grab the leftovers before anyone else did. The others at work said they were delicious. I probably won't make them again but the birthday guy loved them and that was what mattered! The interesting thing about them was the cookie dough totally engulfed the cream cheese somehow which I thought was pretty cool.

It's like a glorified cookie cake! They look like they cut out nicely into squares, you can see all the layers. Glad you boss loved them!

I don't know, Marie. I notice the poster's brownie bottoms were just fine and you can see they are there! I don't know what happened with mine! I doubt I will make these again so I guess we will never know. :)
