Ingredients

2 packages refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

2 packages (8oz) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese -- softened

1 large egg

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Heat oven to 350° F

Cut frozen dough into 1/4 inch thick slices. Cover bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan with 1/2 of the dough to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread over the crust; top with remaining cookie dough.

Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.
