The name says it all! It was easy & excellent..love the combination of curry & cumin in this..and the rice came out perfect! I just made the rice, didn't add chicken.. I will be making this again (and again). Thank you Joce for a most "excellent" rice currry:)

That does look really good! I baked some rice the other day and I really liked the consistency of it. Different than cooking on the stovetop.
