    Easy Sinful Salmon
This was very delicious! Mine got a little burnt but the burnt edges were sweet from the syrup caramelizing. I wish I had let it get a little more burnt! :) A bit more on the recipe.

I love all of those flavors. Real maple syrup is a joy. I buy grade "b" and it adds a lot of flavor. Mustard, maple and balsamic...how could you go wrong? Love it.....I'm a salmon devotee and am always looking for a new salmon treat. Gorgeous picture.

This was delicious and the sauce is highly addictive! A bit too cold here for grilling. I did not marinade it overnight but maybe for an hour or two? I put it in the oven on foil wrap sprayed with a bit of oil and listened to what Frankie had said about the crust. I baked it for maybe 20 minutes at 375 F? Then put it under the broiler for a few minutes to brown it more. The combination is perfect and it was a large piece of tender moist salmon. I was stuffed to the gills and still was nibbling at the remainder even though I could finish it. It is a nice easy treat and the marinade is Wow! I have never seen b grade maple syrup here but always use an Amber Grade and it tastes great! I put a pic in the post too.
