Given to me by the man at the fish counter. A treasure of a recipe. If you are a salmon lover, you'll love this one. The salmon will be flavorful and moist.

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon steaks or filets
  • Marinade:
  • 3 Tbs. real maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar

Directions
  1. Marinade salmon several hours or overnight in the marinade.
  2. Remove salmon, reserve marinade.
  3. Grill salmon and baste frequently with marinade.
