Mr P, you need to give gnocchi a try, they are on the pasta aisle!!

Are they those things that look like curly shells? Maybe I have had them. I googled them and they kinda look like a honey dipper or tight sea shells????

you are too cute, MP.... gnocchi are more like dumplings than pasta, but they are on the pasta aisle, usually, like luv said.

This looks delicious! Nice pic, Keni.

MrP, if you're feeling adventurous perhaps you'd like to give my Spinach Ricotta Gnudi recipe a try. From my research, I've found it can be difficult to make great homemade gnocchi b/c the texture needs to be just right. I've also learned it can be pretty time consuming. The gnudi recipe is a little less sensitive and really delicious with similar end results.

Dumplings? Does that mean it comes in a powder form, like Bisquick? Hmm If its like biscuits,I should prolly stick with the tube stuff. I thought it might be pre-made and packaged like pasta : (

DT, I lvoe the sound of your recipe. Spinach and cheese is ALWAYS good, but Im not sure Im up for that task : ( I dont have a processor but I do haveone of those hand held mixers that can go in glasses or a hand chopper. But these dont sound like they would do whats needed
