Emeril's Oven Roasted Cauliflower

    I love cauliflower :) rosemary and cauliflower go great together. I didn't measure out the lemon juice, just squeezed over it until it seemed like enough. Don't think I did 2 1/2 Tbs. That kind of seems like a lot? Anyway, good recipe!

    I usually keep raw broccoli & cauliflower & carrots in the fridge, we like to dip them in a little ranch dressing for a quick snack..which is "sort of" healthy:) so yeah, we're raw veggie fans as well! Love the addition of the fresh rosemary in this..love the pic too Michelle:) Looks so yummy!
