  Well, Jack Frost took my basil with him these past two nights! Darn! I already had the fish so proceeded without it. It was good but I think fresh basil would have been better than the dried I was forced to use. Not the poster's fault it froze here though. Served this up with a leftover potato latke that I tore up and reheated in a bit of olive oil.
