  I don't eat pancakes that often. They make me feel like I need a nap after breakfast. When I saw "fluffy" I wanted to try these. They are fluffy. They rose up nicely. I cut the recipe in half, which was easy with this one. Delicious pancakes! And I'm not sleepy. Yet. :)

  I'm not a morning person AT ALL...so I always make a huge batch of pancakes during the day and freeze them. My kids could seriously eat pancakes every morning if I let them lol!
