Four Cheese Macaroni by Lunasea

I made this quite some time ago for a family get together. It is to die for. The cheese combination is awesome. Another member of my family brought a Mac & Cheese dish and it didn't get touched.. LOL I added some chopped smoked sausage and Jalapeno to mine. I haven't posted a review on Vickie's page but I will shortly. I didn't take a pic either but Vickie has a nice pic on her page already.... This recipe is a keeper...

Made this tonight. Love all the different cheeses in it, although I had to do a mix and match for some of the cheeses spec'ed in the recipe. I put a little step in the flavor by adding one pound of sauteed andouille sausage cut on the bias.
Added more salt while eating it.
Would like to see you back off on the butter by 2 to 4 tablespoons.

Mother got into the mac and cheese this morning. Nuked it for a few seconds with some strawberry koolaid to help warm it up. Said it tasted a little grainy.
Now I eat a lot of weird combinations of things..........but...........I just don't see that combo working.
