and from a long time member who doesn't appear to be active, anymore...my unwritten rule is generally to only make recipes from fairly "active" members, so I know they see feedback, etc..it's my own personal way to cut my choices down to reasonable with SO many recipes on this site! :) I made an exception, for this, today, though... Oatmeal Cookie Granola

I had a silly brain fart and took step by step photos of the enchiladas... not posting them, of course, but I took them... duh! :) Anyway, both were very good and both hit the spot!

I make a lot of granola, so this is up my alley... just wanted to try someone elses' recipe, the time. I knew I'd like it.

And, isn't that bucket cute?? I was wondering what I was gonna use it for....I knew I wanted a photo in it, but didn't know what! hehehe
