    Garlic Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts by canesgirl1186
    This recipe was posted today and as soon as I saw it I wanted to make it! It just so happened that I had some brussels in the fridge, so this became part of our dinner tonight. I was delighted by the result, these were so tasty! I make brussel sprouts frequently, but the addition of this particular dressing prior to roasting made these something special. The touch of sweetness from the honey and the flavor of the balsamic were just fantastic. I cut mine away from the core and used fresh rather than frozen and my roasting only took about 20 minutes. The only other variation that I made was that I grated the garlic into the dressing rather than slicing it (quicker to grate it!). Highly recommend trying this recipe, it's definitely going into my rotation. Thanks for sharing it!

    I love the flavor of balsamic vinegar with the brussell sprouts. A favorite, I like shredding them then and doing a stir fry version....either way, they are good sprouts. Yum.
