Garlic Pasta Plus

    Recipe by Lilliancooks: Garlic Pasta Plus
    Nice garlicky flavor. Am cooking for one that screws her nose up at feta so I added a couple more cheeses for camouflage; apple smoked Gruyere and shaved Parmesan. Four ounces: 8 ounces: and 4 ounces respectively.
    No fresh basil at our stores; used 1T dried. Added it while sauteing the garlic.
    Oil and butter amounts seemed on the low side so I added 4T more butter.
    Paired this with Grandma Simones Chicken by Wynnebaer. Both dishes delicious. Garlic carried over between them nicely.
    Made chicken gravy from the rendering.

    It looks great Points:) How did your Mom like your camouflage job? I might have been tempted to add some of your pesto in this instead of the dried basil. Nice pic I wish I could smell it from here!
