Garlic Shrimp Pasta

    I was pretty worried about the amount of oil, butter and wine in this...they all seemed a bit much. But I stuck with it and with that much pasta you need it! Don't forget to taste after the pasta is added to see if you need more salt. SOOOO good and garlicky (used 5 cloves) :) I ate mine over zucchini noodles and the family stuck with their spaghetti.

    Wow, that is a lot of butter, olive oil and wine! But along with the garlic, it sounds wonderful. That is a beautiful plate of pasta! I like the idea of the zucchini, too.
