  This was my first time making or eating gnocchi! These turned out very nicely. They taste like unfilled perogies. I served them with a creamy white basil sauce.

  Yeah, I've got the same question as ml2c. I've never made gnocchi just because it seemed like it would take so long.

  Yes, its very time consuming to roll each piece because I've never done it before. But if you have experience, it can be done very quickly. And keeping them small is important too or else they're too chewy and gummy.
