Good4U's Foil Baked Garden Chicken

  • mrpiggy 11 years ago
I had everything to make this except the shrooms and a large enough baking dish for this, so I had to use a big pot. I cheated and also didnt use foil. Couldnt figure an easy way to fit 7 breast in the pot with foil. This was too easy. I used a large red onion (wish I had another. Could easily use 2) and half of a monster zuke and my last 3 tomatoes. Oh and I sprinkled chopped basil on top. Cooked for about 30 min and the chicken was perfect. Thanks G4U for a great and easy recipe

I made this as well, it was easy and very, very good! I made according to the recipe but added some sliced Pasilla chile, and added both the olive oil and a couple splashes of balsamic. You can use just about any vegetable you have on hand, I'll be making this again!!

Thanks Dahlia! I actually added the cheese AFTER the tomatoes by mistake... Melted cheese always photographs well, don't ya think?!?
