This was the perfect hot dog chili!! Hot dog chili is not supposed to be complicated or loaded with tons of spices (IMO), it's supposed to be simple and not take away from the hot dog to much! My husband assembled the dogs and wanted to make them as they do when the guys make them at work. Chili, cheese and onions, squeeze them all into a baking pan and bake until the cheese melts. Makes for a messy dog though, but still delicious!!!

Thanks so much! Yep it's a chili dog. Definitely try it out...! One persons review said they did beef stock instead of the water, but I really don't find that necessary...because it was perfect as is! I did have to add a bit more water because it was cooking down so quickly and turning SUPER thick. Good stuff though! ;)
