    Recipe by Wynnebaer: Grandma Simones Chicken
    Nice garlicky flavor on the chicken. Skin was crisp until simmered.
    Recipe is a little nebulous on how to prepare the chicken.
    Wound up with 3/4c rendering. Made gravy.
    Paired it with Garlic Pasta Plus
    Forgot to rate this 4-stars. Don't see how to get back in to rate it.
