    Recipe by Marriage: Greek Chicken
    A nice simple dish with good flavor and some tang. Added a little cider vinegar to the spinach as well.
    Goat cheese, lemon juice cider vinegar made for a good tang.

    Kalamata would be a nice touch but for the next couple of weeks it is difficult for me to find my wallet in the depths of my pocket.
    Of course you know I doubled the recipe 'cause you just can't buy one pound of B/S chicken breast FILLETS at the store.

    Lol, I did not know that PSO!! I guess most goat cheese I have tasted I hated... feta does not bother me at all though, must be a milder version.
