Greek Salad With Lemon Vinaigrette

I made this for a light lunch since I was eating a bit late and didn't want to be too full for dinner at a decent time. This was great! I made my own Greek seasoning because I was out http://allrecipes.com/recipe/222645/greek-seasoning/ and had to use yellow onion instead of purple since that's all I had. I know the purple onion would have been great though! Oh and orange instead of red bell pepper. This was delicious and I highly recommend to use the kalamata olives, they give a great salty note to the salad, and you won't need much salt either. Great recipe Shona!!

P.S. Could you delete the Greek seasoning picture I posted, that was an accident!

Oh cool, thanks for making this Michelle! Your picture is awesome!
That's great you made your own seasoning too! I had this great seasoning that was made locally, mostly herbs in it, that I used. I just ran out and bought a store made one, Club House or some such brand. I do not like it one bit! I was going to come on here and change the recipe to say Greek Herb seasoning blend rather that a Greek Spice mixture.....I might play around with herbs and add that instead of the Greek seasoning. :)
(ps. I don't like olives! LoL, But I'm glad you added them!)

Thanks ladies :) Yeah have just been using the McCormick brand Greek seasoning, but ran out a couple weeks ago. So that's why the kalamta's are optional, was wondering! :P
