Grilled Marinated Zucchini
As I was going to grill my steak, I did a search here for grilled zucchini and this was one of the recipes that came up. I love zucchini with butter, salt and pepper. I liked this but I think I still love the butter, salt and pepper. Grilled it for four minutes each side.

How professional your photo looks. I love zucchini but only raw. Don't know why for sure. Maybe because growing up mom would fry squash in butter and it just seemed mushy to me.
