Grilled Shrimp Tacos
My brain really got a workout this weekend because I quartered this recipe as well. I only made two tacos. And I ate them both. :) I really loved the sauce in this! I even put some cilantro in the slaw although not as much as called for (even when quartered). It actually wasn't that bad, all mixed in with the other stuff. I think this would be a good company treat. There's a lot of lovely flavor here.

Your on a shrimp kick Frankie!! This does sound great for company, especially my in-laws since 75% of them are vegetarian, but still eat seafood (forget what the name of that is). Chipotle sauce goes good with shrimp tacos! Yum, oh gosh saved another shrimp recipe ;-)

I think that sauce would be good on a lot of things, including fish tacos. Or even a burger.

Made this for dinner the other night. Yum! Like Frankie it was raining, so I just sauteed my shrimp in a pan. Yes the sauce was great! As you can tell from my photo I served mine in a lettuce wrap, but my husband did use tortillas. Loved the simplicity of the cabbage. I usually make a mayo based slaw for shrimp/fish wraps, but since we had the sauce this slaw was perfect, and I did throw a chopped up serrano for some extra heat :) Added a review and pic. on the recipe. Are we the only one's cooking around here Frankie? :)

I remember this being so good. I like your lettuce wrap idea. Kinda like a shrimp salad you can hold. :)

I always sub lettuce wraps for tortillas now. Gotta shed a couple pounds :) I actually find I kinda like it better! Yes the sauce is wonderful!
