    Grilled Bbq Chicken
This was so good. I used thighs with bone in. I was going to try it with the skin, but at the last minute I removed it and trimmed off the excess fat. These were extremely juicy. This is a great marinade and or sauce. Brushed on extra after grilling them. Lick your fingers good. Thanks for a great recipe, Griz

PS.........Notice there is no rice..........That was not easy : )

Those are some great pictures, MrP. Looks fantastic. I thought I had looked at all of Griz's recipes but I don't remember this one. Especially since I love my GF grill! Is that what you used as well?
    Saved it! Thanks.
(Note to self: buy celery :D)
    Miss you, Griz. :-(

Thanks Frankie. I wanted to use my indoor grill, but it wouldnt fit all the chicken. I like my indoor, but its only good for about 2 regular servings which doesnt leave left overs. I could maybe fit 4 small thighs, but I had eight, 4 of which were really big. Plus I need practice on it. I knew these were going to be good just from the ingredients and didnt want to chance messing them up.

I like your note to self : )

Yummy looking pics! I need to invest in one of those indoor grills, I've been wanting one for SO long! Or like even the flat one's you can flip over the grill part and it's smooth for pancakes, or is that the same thing? Don't know, haven't looked too much into them.

Thanks ml2c.....Mine indoor grill is a GE 4 in 1. Its not bad. I think it was about $40. It comes with interchangeable plates. Smooth and Grill. It opens flat for a griddle and has an expanding hinge for panini <sp>? press. It works great for small meals. I didnt use it for this though. I need more practice with it. Use it for burgers and sandwiches so far
