These were so easy! i had to add an extra Tbs of peanut butter because it was a little thin. Still didn't match up to the picture, but tasted good. I just shaped these with my hands then stuck the skewer through the middle. I cooked these on a baking sheet with a rack thing (forget what their called) over foil for easy clean up. Very yummy!

Pleased you enjoyed these ML2C. Indeed your sauce looks a lot thinner than mine ever does. I use 4 generous tablespoons of peanut butter to the one cup of water. Initially it's watery but the more you cook it the more it thickens up, so much so that I often have to thin it out again with more water. I don't use an actual measuring spoon for the tablespoon, I just use a tablespoon with a fair amount of peanut butter on it.
I call my pan a broiling rack. Never thought of using foil in the bottom. That's an excellent idea.
    Love your picture. :)

Yes it was thinner but you know what? I didn't get to cook it very long....Briauna had dance and I had to make it quick so that's obviously what it was. The extra peanut butter definitely helped and it tasted great, so that's all that counts!

That's what that rack is called!

LOL Marie. Thank you. That's sweet. To be honest, this is a recipe you could totally change up by using ground turkey instead of the ground beef. Infact, it might even be better! :)

Yes MrP, I think it tastes somewhat Asian-y. There is some soy sauce in there and some chili garlic sauce or you could certainly sub Sriracha.
