I havent had beef stroganoff in years. Never had it with ground beef. I remember it taking a long time to make. This looks so much quicker. Good post, Points

Don't often stroke myself. This is just a happenstance. A conversation about ground beef broke out a couple days ago. While perusing the search engine my recipe popped up. Thought I'd add a pic and link. Felt funny adding my own recipe to IMI but it had to be done. Yes, from scratch gravy. It's too easy, and store is WAY expensive for what you get.
It's a Cooking Light recipe and I take liberties with it. But quick and dirty follow the instructions and you won't go wrong. Recipe doubles just fine.

so, I will just say I made this tonight and enjoyed it. :) Had some noodle that were begging for stroganoff, so this was a natural fit! :)
