  I'm not sure if this is in the IMI already, but it needed to be linked anyway.
  This is VERY good! I think I should have used more ham, but I did add corn...family wanted peas but we were out. Nice and cheesy and a great way to use up a ton of leftover mashed potatoes if you have them! Top gets nicely browned...

  Mainly just potatoes and cheese lol! You could sub out some of your veggie bacon maybe, add some other veggies.....
