Recipe by DetroitTokyo: Hard Cider Pork Chops And Garlic
Used boneless loin chops. Fifteen minutes was plenty of time to get these 1.5" steaks to 150F. Would have liked them to be at 140F. I'll reduce the bake time next time. Served up with some Mexican Rice
Liked the technique on sauteing the garlic

I looked it up and it is a fermented, alcoholic & carbonated cider found alongside beer in the market..I haven't seen it either, but then again, I haven't really looked for it!!!
A question for all of you..how would chicken be in this recipe..I was just wondering:)
