Hearty and Healthy Vegetarian Stew

  Already has a reviews bookmark but it deserves an IMI thread too.
  This is a very flavorful and hearty stew. The meat is not missed at all.
  Took a pic in it's chunky state then ground it up using a blender stick so mother could eat it.
  Tastes like it has enough spice heat wise already.
