    A recipe from Dynie
    Heavenly But Healthy Cookies

When I first saw this recipe, I was a little skeptical:) No flour? No sugar? I was pleasantly surprised at the end result! They were so moist & delicious! They have more of a cake texture. A great recipe for over ripe bananas, mine were ripe, not "black & gooey" and they worked out very well:) Love this recipe, I'll be making it often!

Great picture Marie, they look just like a regular oatmeal raison cookie :)
I made something like this last year after seeing it float around facebook. I thought they were great but they were too moist the next day. I left them on the counter, covered. Did you find that they were very moist the next day?
I was thinking I should have put the leftovers in the fridge, or let the kids eat the whole batch at once! lol ;)

Thanks Shona! I put them in a tupperware container and placed them in the fridge..they don't seem to be overly moist..so I think the putting them in the fridge helps!

How interesting! I guess the banana mixed with the oats makes everything stay together, huh? They look yummy!

These are too cool, minus the raisins :P They look so yummy, maybe I'll try them with dried another dried fruit...do you think that ripe bananas I froze would work if I thawed them?

They should work fine Michelle, and I think any dried fruit would work in this recipe! Maybe some chopped walnuts or chocolate chips?
