    Herbed Beer Bread Pizza Crust
This pizza crust is accurately named. It is a kind of bready crust. I think mine actually could have baked a few minutes longer. I did the full 20 and it was still a bit doughy but I did use a cast iron skillet and not a regular pizza pan. The crust added a lot of flavor to the pizza. I used Stella Artois beer and let it come to room temperature before I stirred it in. Cut the recipe in half, too.

I don't think I've ever used herbs in pizza crust! Or beer! I like your cast iron idea....I may steal it ;)

Wow! That looks deeeelicious! Love cast iron skillets, I have an old one of my Grandmother's, it's big and i swear it weighs at least 20 lbs! I treasure that skillet!

Thank you! The herbs really add a lot of flavor to that crust.
I have a recipe posted for cast iron skillet pizza that's very good, ml2c. The crust is nice and thin.

I don't think it would feed four though! :)

Let me know if you give it a try, Marie. I've made it more than once and the crust is thin and crispy - just the way I like it. :)
