Honey Peach Upside Down Cake
Still working on the peaches my sister gave me and this recipe made me happy I had them! This is really wonderful. I loved it and I will take the rest to work tomorrow. The one guy who doesn't like peaches won't know what he's missing! I was really surprised this hadn't been bookmarked by more members.

Yeah, he's a funny kid. He tells me he never eats vegetables - ever. "That's what multi-vitamins are for" he said to me. Funny thing is he's super skinny. Go figure! Brat. :-)

How did I miss this? We love peaches! My hubby's favorite cake is pineapple upside-down, so I bet he'd like this, too! I'm not a big honey fan, so wonder if I can sub granulated sugar for the honey?

I'm not certain if you could in this one, Bakerme. The honey seemed to add a bit of stickiness and gooeyness to the cake. The bottom of the cake was really nice and moist the next day. I'm thinking that was the honey?
