    Recipe by Hottamale: Honey Roasted Pork Loin
    Liked the honey/orange flavor but there wasn't that much to baste with and definitely not much left when thickening it. Probably should double the baste or at least the chicken stock part of it.
    Roast was a little tough but hardly not inedible. Fifty five minutes to 150F internal temp. Tented and let rest for another 15 minutes.
    Used orange zest of one orange to enhance the flavor.
    Served with green beans and potatoes.
