    Balsamic Chicken

I made this tonight and it was fantastic. Great flavor. I would have posted a picture but it didn't turn out too pretty. I do not have a meat mallet, but being in construction I did have a small 3 lb hammer. Needless to say, the chicken didn't hold up well :( Everything else was easy. I only had 2 breast halves, but used full ingredients for extra sauce. Great recipe

LOL! Funny story! Did you really use your 3 lb hammer? Guess you gotta do what you gotta do!!!

ROFL! It did feel good beating that defenseless chicken into submission though didn't it. I love taking out my aggressions with a good hammer.

Well, I didn't know what else to use. I never flattened meat before. It was pretty funny. Made a lot of noise. Scared the cat. He wouldn't come out of his safe spot for an hour. Tomorrow after work I will be purchasing one. (mallet) I always see them in the store and wondered what anyone would use one for. Well, now I know. But it was kind of fun

I saw this recipe tonight and it sounded good. I didn't think it would be this good though. So much flavor with such little work.

lol that's too funny! Sounds like a great recipe! Definately going to try it, although I never flatten the chicken (unless I'm rolling it around something). Thanks for pointing it out...can't wait to try it!

Well Mr. P...... let's just say that a little byrdie chirped sweetly about this to me. :) Seriously, it sounds like a great recipe. Never used the combination of lemon pepper and balsamic vinegar, but I love both.
