    Italian Dressing
I don't keep Italian dressing around but I have been craving it lately. This was good stuff! I cut the recipe in half and it sat in the refrigerator all day. A bit more on the recipe.

I love Italian dressing, it's light and the flavor enhances your salad without the heaviness of creamy dressings. I think the addition of fresh lemon juice is such a great idea:) Beautiful picture!

We buy a goodly amount of Kraft Italian dressing in the bottle. Do you know how the taste would compare to that Frankieanne? Looks yummy. Bookmarked to try. Nice pic indeed.

I see you made you salmon from this morning into salmon salad? That looks good too :)

I don't know how it compares to Kraft, Janet. I can't help there! Sorry. :( I think a lot of bottled salad dressings use vegetable oil, though, don't they? I think the olive oil adds a nice flavor here.
I just shredded up the cold salmon and put it on half of a croissant, ml2c. The herbs really add a lot of flavor to it. Its good cold!
