Jalapeno-blue Cheese Burgers

    This is a pretty amazing burger!! Just changed a few things. I thought 6 jalapenos was crazy, sorry I just did. I used 3 and it was plenty! I also thought 8 ounces of blue cheese was a lot so I only used about 3 oz. and after eating wished I had added a few more ounces, but 8 to me would have been too much. Didn't use the bun, just piled a bunch of random stuff on top :) Tomatoes, grilled pablano's, sauteed onions and guacamole. It was so good!

    Janet, I did use 2lb. of hamburger, actually probable more since the place that processed our cow usually packages them a little more than a lb., I got 6 patties :)
