Jamaican Green velvet Soup

    It's a nice soup but I over-seasoned it a little. Used 2T instead of 2t kosher salt. That didn't bother me so much. But the cayenne was a little much for me. So I'd cut the amount in half next time.
    It's always surprising to me how little cayenne packs a punch.
    I put the red bell pepper pieces in with the potatoes and zukes. We like it that way.
    Garnished with a little nutritional yeast.
    Used Rich Roasted Veggie Stock
