    Japanese Chicken Katsu
Three members have made Luisa's Chicken Katsu
    Chicken Katsu
but I saw there was another recipe posted here so I decided to try that one to spread the love around. hehe
I hate rating recipes three stars. This had waaayyy too much Worcestershire sauce in it and I'm a Worcestershire fan. I ended up putting more ketchup in the sauce and sponged off the old sauce. I don't know if its a typo or not. All I know is my eyes were watering.
The chicken was good. My panko was Italian seasoned so that's what all those herbs are in there.
Littlesponger is probably going to block me from her recipes. This is the second one of hers that didn't turn out for me. The first had a typo...

THats a ton of Worcestershire. Sorry this didnt work out. Luisa's only had 2T of it and soy, and sugar. I really liked it. Made it twice already. Supper good cold, too. Your pic looks perfect. I also used Italian Panko in the second batch

Your picture is lovely Frankieanne. Littlesponger's recipe is very similar to Luisa's. But I too believe the small amount of sugar and the allspice added a good balance in Luisa's sauce. Everyone has different taste buds.

Yes, the Worcestershire/ketchup ratio is way off. The chicken was yummy though.
    Thank you, everyone. :)
