    Yes, these are quite spicy biscuits! Need to eat something else with them unless you just have a mouth for spicy hot food. Not much rise here. At the most only a half an inch. Think I could overlook the spice if there was more rise in the biscuit.
    It browned on the bottom but not on top at 18 minutes. Took a pic but it is not worth representing.

    I guess it never occurred to me to have hot spicy biscuits before. I had to look up the fish fry spice it is a little snappy tasting for me. Seems like the heavy liquid ratio to flour could be the problem area again Points, what do you think?

    I'm not sure. Dough was not sticky. And there was hardly any gluten formed, as the dough continually broke as I folded it to knead. Maybe not enough gluten to hold the carbon dioxide.
